Seven ways into the studio start from what people say or draw. The eighth starts from what the systems recorded. Export the cases from your CRM, ERP, ticketing tool or the spreadsheet where the team tracks them, and the as-is draws itself: every step with its real volume, its median time and the share of cases that come back. Read in your browser, never uploaded.
A case id, a step or state, and a date. One row per event, the way tools export, or one row per case with a date per stage, the way spreadsheets are kept. The studio detects the shape, proposes the mapping, excludes anything that looks like personal data, and shows you the paths before anything is created.
The business case stops being an estimate. Runs per month come from the count of cases; the time of each step comes from the dates, with an explicit slider for the share that is hands-on work rather than waiting. The to-be proposal sees where the time is lost and where the volume is repetitive, which is exactly where an agent pays for itself.
Sales pipelines, supplier invoices, hiring, municipal permits, patient pathways, shipments, online orders, service tickets. If it moves through states with dates, it fits.

No. Export the cases from the tool you already use, or take the spreadsheet where your team tracks them. Three columns are enough: a case id, a step or state, and a date. Who did it is optional.
In your browser. The file is read, profiled and analysed on your computer. Only the resulting design and its aggregates are saved to your account. Columns that look like personal data are excluded by default, and people or team names are replaced by R1, R2, R3.
Any process that moves through states with dates: sales pipelines, invoices, hiring, permits, orders, patient pathways, shipments, claims, tickets.
The as-is drawn on the canvas with real volumes, median times and the share of cases that repeat a step; the most common paths; a to-be proposal with AI agents, controls and human gates; a business case computed from the real numbers; and a PDF with the source of every figure.
